Whistleblower Procedure

If a situation falls within the scope of this whistleblower policy, the reporter has the
option to contact the confidential advisor.
If a client or any other party has comments or concerns regarding the actions of an employee or the services provided by Reanda Netherlands, they may contact our compliance officer.

Reports to the confidential advisor may be submitted exclusively by email to:
External third parties may also submit a report through this email address. The confidential advisor will acknowledge receipt of the report within one week and inform the reporter how and within what timeframe the report will be handled. This period will not exceed four weeks from the date the report is received. This whistleblower policy applies to the following situations:
  1. Actions leading to criminal offenses by the accounting organization or its employees
  2. Any actual or suspected violations of external laws or regulations by the accounting organization or its employees
  3. Any actual or suspected violations of internal policies or procedures by the accounting organization or its employees
  4. Intimidation of employees by colleagues or managers (actual or threatened)
  5. Irregular destruction or manipulation of data or information (actual or threatened)
  6. Any other situations that the reporter believes should be brought to the attention of the confidential advisor
  7. If a situation falls within the scope of this whistleblower policy, the confidential advisor will immediately inform the director and notify the reporter
  8. In the event of an actual or suspected violation of internal or external professional regulations, the confidential advisor will inform the compliance officer.
When notifying the director and compliance officer as described above, the confidential advisor will not disclose the identity of the reporter. The confidential advisor will update the reporter within four weeks after the report has been reviewed, including information on any measures taken. If this period cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, the confidential advisor will inform the reporter of the delay and specify when an update on the report’s resolution can be expected.
