Our Independence

Although we share the Reanda brand and collaborate within the network, Reanda Netherlands is a completely separate legal entity. This independence ensures clarity and trust in every engagement:

Local Control: All engagements contracted with Reanda Netherlands are managed exclusively by our firm. We make our own decisions regarding governance, policies, and operations. Neither Reanda International nor other member firms have any authority over our work. Likewise, we are not responsible for engagements contracted by other member firms.
Compliance and Standards: We adhere to Dutch laws, regulations, and professional standards, including international guidelines of IFAC (IAASB / IESB) ensuring quality and integrity in all services.

Global Standards Through Forum of Firms

Reanda International is a member of the Forum of Firms, an independent association of international networks of firms that perform transnational audits. The Forum’s mission is to promote consistent, high-quality standards of financial reporting and auditing worldwide, aligning member networks with IFAC’s activities in audit and assurance.
