Every complaint will be carefully reviewed, and we will treat your complaint with strict confidentiality. Complaints will be handled through our internal complaints committee.
The complaints committee will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within one week and inform the reporter how and within what timeframe the complaint will be handled.

- Complaints can only be considered if they are properly substantiated. Please
include a clear written explanation when submitting your complaint. - Complaints should generally first be raised with the professional directly involved. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it may be referred to the complaints committee. Where there is a compelling reason, a complaint may be submitted directly to the complaints committee or handled anonymously.
