CSRD Assurance & Advisory

Is your organization ready for CSRD?

Reanda provides independent assurance and strategic advisory services across every stage of your sustainability reporting journey

Your CSRD Readiness Starts Here

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (hereafter: CSRD) is reshaping how companies disclose their impact on Environmental, Social, and Governance, standing for ESG. Reanda International helps you navigate this shift, from first assessment to (audit) report. CSRD affects a lot of industries such as TMT, Energy & resources, Fintech and many more.

A New Era of Accountability

CSRD is not just a reporting obligation. It is a structural shift in how your organization is held accountable to investors, clients, regulators, and society at large. To make sure your organization meets the requirements of the CSRD, the organization needs to be reporting in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and implement and report on the requirements of the EU Taxonomy. These standards include the main ESG themes that might be relevant for company’s long term target setting. But embracing ESG is not a one-time initiative, it’s a journey.

For many companies, the road to compliance raises difficult questions: Which ESG topics are truly material to our business? Do our data processes meet the standards required for third-party assurance? Are our sustainability disclosures transparant. internally and externally?

These are not questions you have to answer alone.

Who This Affects (CSRD Timeline)

Are You in Scope?

CSRD is being rolled out in phases. Understanding where your organization sits in the timeline is the critical first step.

Listed companies and large public interest entities (PIEs) with more than 500 employees are already subject to CSRD requirements.

Wave 2 — In effect from financial year 2027 (reporting from 2028)
Large companies that are not public interest entities (PIEs), have more than 1,000 employees and turnover above €450 million, will be CSRD-subject in calendar year 2028 (financial year 2027).

Non-EU companies Organizations
Organizations headquartered outside the EU but generating more than €450 million in annual EU turnover, with at least one subsidiary or branch generate more than €200 million turnover also fall under CSRD scope.

Not sure which wave applies to you? Our advisors can assess your situation within one working day.
