Complaints Procedure
Should a client and/or other parties involved have any comments concerning the actions of an employee or the services of Reanda Netherlands they can address our compliance officer at compliance@reanda-netherlands.
We assume that reports are in good faith and express a sincere, justified concern. We assess all reports meticulously. We will treat your complaint or report confidentially.

Confidentiality
The report, the correspondence in this regard and the handling occur under full secrecy and confidentiality, unless the report releases the confidential advisor from his/her confidentiality obligations.
