People & Culture Operations Officer (24 hours)
Parttime – 24 hours/week
We are a fast growing audit firm, specialised in complex, international group audits. We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Officer who is able to support our affairs on a daily basis. The People & Culture Operations Officer will report to the People & Culture Manager and collaborates with the People & Culture administrator and the Facilitator team to execute our People & Culture activities for the Amsterdam office with over 110 colleagues.

Your Role
- Carrying out operational People & Culture administration, including payroll mutations, pension, visas, 30% ruling, insurances, holidays and sick leave registration.
- Communicating with external providers, including payroll, pension, visa, 30% ruling, insurance and sick leave provider.
- Following up on long-term sick leave cases and supporting related administration with external parties where needed.
- Supporting administrative processes related to UWV, IND, invoices, employee documentation and internal systems.
- Acting as a point of contact for operational People & Culture questions from employees.
- Maintaining employee records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Working closely with the People & Culture team to improve and align administrative workflows.
- Supporting People & Culture initiatives and events where needed, in collaboration with the wider team.

Your Profile
We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Officer who will support the People & Culture department of our organization. Are you ambitious, do you aspire to work in an international setting, do you have excellent administrative & communication skills, do you like to work within diverse cultures, do you speak various languages (Dutch and English compulsory) and do you want to become part of an international team? Then we would like to hear from you.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a professional service organization and/or in an international environment.
- You are organized.
- You have familiarity on Dutch payroll administration, Dutch immigration procedures and Dutch labor law (especially around sick leave).
- You have a keen eye for details and other people’s needs.
- You are reliable, empathic & professional.
- You are focused on team collaboration and understand cross-cultural relations
- You have a higher education at minimum MBO/HBO level.
