Intern / Working Student: IDEA Team
As a fast-growing audit organization, we are looking for graduate and intern auditors without borders to join our Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDEA) Team.
Your Role:
The IDEA Team plays a crucial role in transforming how we perform audits. As an intern or working student within IDEA, you will:
- Support audit teams by turning data into insights using SQL and data analysis tools
- Help automate and optimize audit procedures
- Develop and test scripts to extract and analyze financial data
- Work closely with auditors and data professionals in an international business environment
- Contribute to the growth of our data analytics capabilities across international engagements

Who are we looking for?
We are especially interested in:
- HBO and university students, as well as recent graduates
- Individuals who aspire to become qualified auditors (RA / CPA / ACCA)
- Candidates with an international mindset and the ambition to grow in a global audit environment
- Students or graduates with a strong affinity for data and preferably some experience with SQL

What do you bring?
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are ambitious, analytical, and eager to learn
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working across cultures
- Speak fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Have basic knowledge or experience with SQL or data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python)
