Business Development Manager
At Reanda Netherlands, we focus exclusively on providing high-quality audit services to international companies in the Netherlands, who have the most of their operations outside the Netherlands. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us expand our reach and deepen our relationships with globally operating businesses.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead our business development strategy. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and support the international ambitions of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with Reanda’s mission to support internationally operating companies.
- Identify and engage with global businesses that require Dutch statutory audit services.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, advisors, and shareholders;
- Enter into high quality strategic alliances for additional professional services (e.g. international tax, M&A, law firms);
- Represent Reanda Netherlands at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Support proposal development and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with audit teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and care.

Your Profile
You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the professional services landscape and international audit. You thrive in a multicultural environment and are passionate about helping businesses achieve their global ambitions.
You have:
- At least three years of experience in business development within a professional services or international audit firm.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A relevant education, combining finance and marketing, is an advantage.
